I am a serial entrepreneur and investor. I founded, built and sold three EdTech and FinTech growth-stage companies. At Orchid Black, I help companies achieve product-market-fit; execute go-to-market strategies; and recruit, train, and scale teams - often in preparation for growth financing.

SportVEST: Co-Founder - Built FinTech investment platform for professional athletes, with an educational curriculum empowering league compliance; acquired in 2019; today serves as venture arm of NFL Alumni.

*SwA: Co-founder & COO - Built platform to deliver personalized music lessons, serving over 200+ enterprise clients; grew team to 112 employees; acquired in 2016. (See Abstract)

PraxisEMR: Interim CEO & Strategic Board Advisor - The most effective electronic health record (EHR) software in the industry; my involvement yielded a realignment and transformation of the business, resulting in 300%+ growth over 24 months.

TPH Family Office: Founder & Investor - Made 19 direct investments (combination of funds / direct growth companies) that we further operationalized post-investment. Currently focused on residential Real Estate, Cash Advances, and managing portfolios in public markets.

Education: Columbia University - M.S., Risk Management & Operations (Enterprise Risk Management); Harvard Business School - Executive Program; Montclair State University - B.M., Bachelor of Music.

What I'm Reading / Listening To:

This is a sophisticated discussion aiming to reshape the definition of "meaning" through the lenses of psychology, history, neuroscience, and biology. It is (somehow) influencing how I organize my priorities. Very impactful book but and hard to interpret objectively due to its technicality, which is why I am loving it.

Still On My Bucket List:
Obtain my FAA pilot license.
Best Business Advice:
Stop talking. Engage the Brain.
